The Scout Cabins are a “European Style” one room bunker that features 2 Sets Of Adult Size large bunk beds with Mattresses that are meant for 4 people. The bunks are so big that some couples have comfortably shared one bunk.
When you rent a Scout Cabin, you will bring your own sleeping bags because these cabins do not come with bedding.
Each cabin has a small table for two people and electricity with lights and a fan.
Outside you have your own fire ring & a picnic table.
There is NO bedding, NO bathroom, NO AIR conditioning, NO heater and NO TV in the Scout Cabins.
(You can bring your own Portable Electric Heater to plug into our outlets at no extra charge)
The public toilets, washrooms and shower house are conveniently located right nearby. All showers are private !
A token operated laundry has large commercial size washers and dryers. Tokens can be purchased at the store.
Pets are allowed for a cleaning fee. All pet friendly Cabins are thoroughly cleaned after every guest with a pet checks out & is inspected by our staff, to assure the Cabin has been completely cleaned & sanitized . With extra attention payed to pet hair, dander.
These Scout Cabins are a group of 4 seperate individual cabins that are perfect for group parties.

There are 29 different cabins & 53 RV Sites available, as well as 15 campgrounds in different sizes. Whether it’s a cabin, RV spot or campsite, fire pits are scattered around campus and almost everyone has their own private fire pit. Fire wood can be purchased at the Dutch John Resort Convenience Store. You can also bring your own fire wood with you to use during your stay!
